For D2C brands selling through the DMs

Your customer is ready to buy. You're just too busy to reply.

It's 9pm and the DMs are still stacked up. "Is this available?" "Price?" "Can I order?" Every one is someone who wants to buy right now. But you're one person. You reply when you can, sometimes hours later, sometimes with a rushed half-answer, and by then they've already bought from someone who replied faster.

It was never about being lazy. There's just too many.

You already know fast replies matter. The problem isn't that you don't care, it's that you physically can't keep up. And every message you can't get to fast enough is a sale quietly slipping to a competitor who did.

01

They didn't wait for you

Nobody messages one brand. They ask you and three others the same question, then buy from whoever answers first. Two hours later you reply "yes it's available!" to someone who ordered from someone else at 9:04.

02

The rushed reply costs you too

When you finally get to a DM between everything else, it's a one-word answer with no warmth and no push to close. The buyer cools off. A sale that was warm a minute ago is gone, and you never even knew it was there.

03

It doesn't switch off

The messages come at midnight, during dinner, while you're with family. You either chain yourself to your phone or you accept that some buyers just won't get an answer. Neither one is a business you want to run.

Imagine the DMs handle themselves.

Here's what your day looks like four weeks from now.

01

Every customer gets an instant answer

The second someone messages, they get a real reply: the right product, the price, the answer to their question, in seconds, at any hour. They never sit waiting. They never go looking elsewhere.

02

The order arrives done

Product picked, payment confirmed, name, address and number captured. You don't chase anyone. The complete order lands with you ready to ship. You just ship it.

03

You get your evenings back

No more 9pm inbox dread, no more answering the same question for the hundredth time. The system carries the conversations. You handle the orders, and you sell more, not less, because nothing slips through anymore.

Four weeks to build. After that, the sales you used to lose to a slow reply just stop leaking.

Two brands. Same principle.

Get to the customer first, while they want to buy, whether they're messaging you or you're messaging them. Here it is at two very different scales: a clothing brand fielding a hundred DMs a day, and a supermarket chain reaching its entire customer base at once.

Inbound. A buyer DMs, and the system wins the sale before anyone else replies.

The before-and-after of running a 100-DM-a-day Instagram business with and without the system.

Semaka is a leading supermarket chain, with 12 stores across Saudi Arabia and around 100 million SAR a year. Their challenge wasn't answering DMs, it was reaching a huge customer base with the right offer at the right moment. I moved them onto WhatsApp's official business platform, so they can message customers at scale without getting their number blocked, and built them a control panel to send promotional campaigns and offers to their whole list in one go. Same principle as Kiona at chain scale: reach the customer fast, while the offer still matters.

A full sales system, not a chatbot.

Anyone can build a bot that answers FAQs. I build the entire flow, inquiry to dispatch, so the owner only touches the business when an order is ready to ship.

01

Instagram DM sales chatbot

Replies to DMs, Story replies, and Reel replies. Answers product questions, takes orders, generates the bill, collects payment screenshots, captures address and phone, all in chat.

02

WhatsApp commerce automation

Migrate from personal WhatsApp to the official Business API. Send catalogs, run campaigns, automate order flows without your account getting flagged for spam.

03

Product database + inventory

Drop a product photo in Google Drive with details in the filename, and the database updates automatically. The bot pulls live product info on every customer query.

A fifteen-minute call. That's all.

Enough to understand your setup, run the numbers on your actual DM volume, and show you exactly what this looks like for you. No pitch deck, no pressure.
